How we keep therapy focused
Treatment length varies depending on your individual goals, clinical needs, diagnosis, and progress. Whatever the length, a few things keep the work moving:
- Clear goals up frontWe work with you to establish objective and measurable goals at the onset of therapy, so we both know what progress looks like.
- Progress you can seeWe administer brief questionnaires to measure change over time using real numbers, so improvement isn't just a feeling.
- Regular check-insWe check in with you on a regular basis to make sure your needs are being met and that we're getting to the root of the problem.
Your first interaction with us is a free 20-minute phone consultation. That time is spent getting to know what’s bringing you to therapy, your goals, and whether we may be a good fit to work together.
