Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, especially when you're not sure where to start.

My goal is to create a welcoming and supportive space where you feel comfortable talking about what you are experiencing and working toward meaningful change.

Throughout my career I have worked in both inpatient crisis settings and the public school system. Those experiences have allowed me to support individuals of many different ages who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional challenges during difficult moments in their lives.

How I work

In therapy I often use approaches such as motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and solution-focused strategies. My focus is on helping clients better understand what they are experiencing, recognize their strengths, and develop practical tools that support improved emotional well-being and greater confidence in handling life's challenges.

I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative, respectful, and focused on helping you move forward in a way that feels manageable and meaningful.

Clinical supervision

Brittany also provides clinical supervision for Registered Clinical Social Work Interns in Florida who are working toward licensure.
